This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) addresses how 200 Harwood LP and 220 Harwood LP doing business as Verdora and its affiliates (“we”, “our”, “Verdora”) handle information we collect from visitors of https://verdora.ca/en/ (the “Website”) and users of the Verdora Services (“Users”). This Privacy Policy describes the ways we collect, use, communicate and share Personal Information when you use our Website.

By accessing or using our Website or the Services, or otherwise providing us with your Personal Information, you are consenting to the collection, use and communication of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. “Personal Information” means any information that relates to you and either identifies you directly or could be used to identify you with other information available. “Services” means all services related to residential rental projects.
Not Intended for Children
Verdora’s Website and Services are not intended for children under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect data relating to children. If you are under the age of 14, do not use or provide information on this Website.
We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time, as reflected in the revision date above, to reflect changing legal, regulatory or operational requirements without any prior notice to you and will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Website. Verdora will provide notification of material changes to this Privacy Policy through the Website at least 30 business days prior to the change taking effect, which will set out the text of the amended clause of this Privacy Policy and the date the changes will come into effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. HOW WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:
We may collect different kinds of Personal Information about you, as described below.
Identifiers. We collect User’s name, email address, phone number, and any other information Users choose to share with us when contacting us or signing up to receive more information regarding our projects.

- CRM Zoho, that may process first name, last name, email, phone number, current marital status, number of rooms, and occupation date in its US data center for the purposes of marketing, communications, lead nurturing and property management;
- Google analytics, that may process data related to the device, browser, IP address, and on-site activities in its data centers globally, including in the United States, for the purposes of providing Le Celtis a measure of user interactions on its Website and a sense of where its Users and visitors are located in the world;
- Meta, that may process current marital status, budget, first name, last name, email, and phone number in their global data centers in Asia, Europe, and the United States for the purposes of marketing, communications, lead nurturing and property management.
- Performa Marketing, that may process first name, last name, email, and phone number in Quebec for the purposes of sending marketing communications.
- Group companies: From time to time, we may provide Personal Information about Users to Verdora's subsidiaries and affiliates, such as Legacy Development Group Inc., Alluvia Immobilier Inc. and Capital Property Developments CPD Inc. so that those entities may assist us in providing Services to Users. Each of these entities will process information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
- Potential acquirers of Verdora' business: If Verdora is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale (each a “transaction”), some or all of Verdora Users’ and visitors’ Personal Information may be disclosed for the purposes of evaluating or carrying out the transaction, in accordance with any legal requirements under the applicable legislation. In such a case, the other party will be instructed to handle the Personal Information in the same manner as provided in this Privacy Policy, and Users or visitors will be notified to the extent required by applicable laws.
- Law Enforcement. We may be required in certain circumstances to disclose Personal Information in response to a lawful request by public authorities, courts, law enforcement, or to comply with national security requirements, or as otherwise required by the applicable data protection law. Personal Information in our possession may be accessed by different groups of employees and personnel within our affiliate Legacy Development Group Inc., only as required in order for them to carry out their responsibilities. Visitors' and Users' Personal Information may be transferred to, and processed in, Canada. Specifically, Le Celtis' Website is hosted on servers located in Ontario, Canada. This means that when Verdora collects visitors' and Users' Personal Information, such information will be processed in Ontario, Canada, and accordingly, may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and national security authorities of that province. HOW WE PROTECT AND MANAGE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Security
Verdora uses appropriate administrative, technical, organizational, and physical security measures to protect our Users' and visitors' Personal Information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, and alteration, and against unauthorized use, disclosure and access. We use standard industry practices to protect visitors’ and Users’ Personal Information, including firewalls, SSL encryption, limiting storage of financial information to a PCI compliant third party provider, system redundancies, and co-location in a 24/7 secured, controlled environment.
We have procedures in place to address any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach as required by law.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us and we use reasonable security measures to prevent the loss, misuse or unauthorized accesss or alteration of your Personal Information under our control.
